Most people that are really someone in life DO great things and TALK about it later.
I do things the other way around. First, I think about things. Then maybe I read about them or even write about them (like right now), and make the decision to change something. It's the DOING that is the problem sometimes....
Maybe I should think that over... :)
iIt's like Nike said: JUST DO IT. Then afterwards you can wear that cool t-shirt saying JUST DID IT.
Good night you guys...
PS: I HATE valentine's day. What a stupid date. Everyone who has a boyfriend/girlfriend has to make the day something special, even if you're sick in bed with a f****** bad headache. And everyone who hasn't got one is doomed to spend the day in depression and loneliness because everyone else has a boyfriend/girlfriend. And the worst of all... IT'S A STUPID MARKETING TRICK! DO YOU REALIZE THAT? They MADE this day so you would go and buy chocolates, flowers and all that crap. It's capitalistic bullshit! If you love someone, you should be nice to him more than three times a year (valentine-birthday-christmas)! Think about that and discuss it with your partner.... ;)
We have this really cruel ritual at school. Around Valentine's, you can write a small card, give some money and then, on the V-Day, the person you chose gets a rose. The distribution of these cruel roses is during classes. So imagine the poor people who don't have friends, not to talk about lovers!!! Yeah, they sit around looking really stupid and feeling really unwanted! (Yeah, usually me too). And that doesn't really make things better for them!
So, if you want to make this stupid commercial date something with a meaning, don't buy anything. PLEASE. Just show the people you love that you love them. That should be the best way. And if you really want to do something nice, then donate some money or a blanket for Afghanistan, Iraq or some other place where people don't have V-Day because they have nothing to celebrate.
With my dearest love,
Clau
